偏摩尔量(partial molar quantity):在一定温度、压力下,当混合物中某一组分的物质的量增加一个无穷小量时,混合物某个广延性质(如体积、焓、吉布斯自由能等)随之变化的“边际贡献”。常用数学表达为:
\[ \bar{X}_i=\left(\frac{\partial X}{\partial n_i}\right)_{T,P,n_{j\ne i}} \] 其中 \(X\) 是混合物的广延性质,\(n_i\) 是组分 \(i\) 的物质的量。
(该术语也常出现在“偏摩尔体积、偏摩尔焓、偏摩尔吉布斯自由能”等具体量中。)
